I just wanna remind all educated open-minded people of the major difference between what they call “freedom of expression” and “racism”. Freedom of expression should be exercised in a spirit of respect for religious and other beliefs and convictions. Mutual tolerance and respect are universal values we should all uphold. And yes, we consider it “Racism” against Islam, which is unacceptable in our civilized community.

One last message for all muslims, untill Denmark and Norway formally apologize, we should at least boycott their products, ’cause it seems that they don’t understand the language of mind or morals, they understand the green langauge of money.

The following are products to boycott from Denmark and Norway..

Allah please bless our souls and give us and the world all the peace and love we want.

Do you know what’s meant by “Spooling” ?? If you don’t, then the following article might be useful for both of us…

In computer science, spooling is an acronym for simultaneous peripheral operations on-line (although this is thought by some to be a backronym). It refers to putting jobs in a buffer, a special area in memory, or on a disk where a device can access them when it is ready. This is similar to a sewing machine spool, which a person puts thread onto, and a machine pulls at its convenience. Spooling is useful because devices access data at different rates. The buffer provides a waiting station where data can reside while the slower device catches up. Material is only added and deleted at the ends of the area; there is no random access or editing. This also allows the CPU to work on other tasks while waiting for the slower device to do its task.

It can also refer to a storage device that incorporates a physical spool, such as a tape drive.

The most common spooling application is print spooling. In print spooling, documents are loaded into a buffer (usually an area on a disk), and then the printer pulls them off the buffer at its own rate. Because the documents are in a buffer where they can be accessed by the printer, the user is free to perform other operations on the computer while the printing takes place in the background. Spooling also lets users place a number of print jobs in a queue instead of waiting for each one to finish before specifying the next one.

The temporary storage area to which e-mail is delivered by a Mail Transfer Agent and in which it waits to be picked up by a Mail User Agent is sometimes called a mail spool. Likewise, a storage area for Usenet articles may be referred to as a news spool. (On Unix-like systems, these areas are usually located in the /var/spool directory.) Unlike other spools, mail and news spools usually allow random access to individual messages.

This poetry is by May Sarton

Now I Become Myself

Now I become myself. It’s taken
Time, many years and places;
I have been dissolved and shaken,
Worn other people’s faces,
Run madly, as if Time were there,
Terribly old, crying a warning,
“Hurry, you will be dead before–”
(What? Before you reach the morning?
Or the end of the poem is clear?
Or love safe in the walled city?)
Now to stand still, to be here,
Feel my own weight and density!
The black shadow on the paper
Is my hand; the shadow of a word
As thought shapes the shaper
Falls heavy on the page, is heard.
All fuses now, falls into place
From wish to action, word to silence,
My work, my love, my time, my face
Gathered into one intense
Gesture of growing like a plant.
As slowly as the ripening fruit
Fertile, detached, and always spent,
Falls but does not exhaust the root,
So all the poem is, can give,
Grows in me to become the song,
Made so and rooted so by love.
Now there is time and Time is young.
O, in this single hour I live
All of myself and do not move.
I, the pursued, who madly ran,
Stand still, stand still, and stop the sun!

It’s a long story, and tis not yet agreed on. This is an interesting article written by O’Reilly :

C#.NET vs. Visual Basic
The premise of the .NET Framework is that all languages are created equal. To paraphrase George Orwell, however, some languages are more equal than others. C# is an excellent language for .NET development. You will find it is an extremely versatile, robust and welldesigned language. It is also currently the language most often used in articles and tutorials about .NET programming.
It is likely that many VB programmers will choose to learn C#, rather than upgrading their skills to VB.NET. This would not be surprising because the transition from VB6 to VB.NET is, arguably, nearly as difficult as from VB6 to C# — and, whether it’s fair or not, historically,
C-family programmers have had higher earning potential than VB programmers. As a practical matter, VB programmers have never gotten the respect or compensation they deserve, and C# offers a wonderful chance to make a potentially lucrative transition.

C#.NET vs. Java
Java Programmers may look at C# with a mixture of trepidation, glee, and resentment. It has been suggested that C# is somehow a “rip-off” of Java. I won’t comment on the religious war between Microsoft and the “anyone but Microsoft” crowd except to acknowledge that C# certainly learned a great deal from Java. But then Java learned a great deal from C++, which owed its syntax to C, which in turn was built on lessons learned in other languages. We all stand on the shoulders of giants. C# offers an easy transition for Java programmers; the syntax is very similar and the semantics are familiar and comfortable. Java programmers will probably want to focus on the differences between Java and C# in order to use the C# language effectively.

C#.NET vs. C++
While it is possible to program in .NET with C++, it isn’t easy or natural. Frankly, having worked for ten years as a C++ programmer and written a dozen books on the subject, I’d rather have my teeth drilled than work with managed C++. Perhaps it is just that C# is so much friendlier. In any case, once I saw C#, I never looked back.

The following story is not real, but it touched me somehow.

10th Grade
As I sat there in Enqlish class, i stared at the next to me. She was my so called “best
friend”. I stared at her long, silky hair, and wished she was mine. But she didnt notice me
like that and i knew it. After class she walked up to me and asked me for the notes she had
missed the day before and handed them to her. She said “thanks” and qave me a kiss on
the cheek. I wanna tell her, i want her to know that i don`t wanna Be just friends, i love
her but i`m just too shy, and i don`t know why. . .

11th Grade
the phone rang. on the other end it was her. She was in tears, mumbling on and on about
how her love had broke her heart. She asked me to come over because she didn’t want to
be alone, so i did. As i sat next to her on the sofa, i stared at her soft eyes, wishing she
was mine. after 2 hours, a drew barrymore movie, & 3 bags of chips, she decided to go to
sleep. She looked at me, said “thanks” and gave me a kiss on the cheek. i wanna tell her, i
want her to know that i don`t wanna be just friends, i love her but im just too shy, and idk why

Senior Year
The day before prom she walked to my locker. “My date is sick” she said; he`s not gonna go.
well i didnt have a date n in 7th grade we made a promise that if neither of us had dates we
would go together just as “best friends”. So we did. prom night after everything was over i was
standing at her front door step. i stared at her, She smiled at me and stared at me with her Crystal
eyes. i want her to be mine, but she doesn`t think of me like that and i know it. then she said “i had
the best time, thanks!” and qave me a kiss on the cheek. i wanna tell her, i want her to know that
i don`t want to be just friends, i love her but i`m just too shy, and i don`t know why

Graduation Day
a day passed, then a week, then a month. before i could blink, it was graduation day. i watched
as her perfect body floated like an angel up on stage to get her diploma. i wanted her to be mine,
but she didnt notice me like that, and i knew it. before everyone went home, she came to me in her
smock and hat, and cried as i hugged her. then she lifted her head from my shoulder and said,
“you`re my best friend, thanks!” and qave me a kiss on the Cheek. i wanna tell her, i want her to
know that i don`t wanna be just friends, i love her but i`m just too shy, and i don`t know why

A Few Years Later
now i sit in the pews of the church. that is getting married now. i watched her say “i do” and
drive off to her new life, married to another man. i wanted her to be mine but she didn`t See me
like that and i knew it. But before she Drove away, she came to me and said “you came!”. She said
“thanks!” and kissed me on the cheek. i wanna tell her, i want her to know that i dont wanna be
just friends, i love her but i`m just too shy, and i don`t know why

Funeral
years passed, i looked down at the coffin of a who used to be my “best friend”. at the service
they read a diary entry she had wrote in her high school years. This is what it read: i stare at him
wishing he was mine, but he doesn`t notice me like that, and i know it. i wanna tell him, i want him
to know that i don`t wanna be just friends, i love him but i`m just too shy, and i don`t know why. i wish
he would tell me he loved me . . . i wish i did too . . . i thought to myself, and i Cried

End of Story !!

Well, if you haven’t heared of Sami Yusuf, then you should!! this is the biography of Sami Yusuf, copied from his websitehttp://www.SamiYusuf.com

Sami Yusuf was born in the month of July 1980. He was born into a musical family of Azeri origin and thus music played an integral part in his life. Sami’s initial training came from his father, who is an internationally renowned composer, poet, and a multitalented musician.

Sami grew up in London and learnt to play several instruments at a very young age and gradually began to show a keen interest in singing and composing. He studied music at several institutions and with renowned composers and musicians including composers from the Royal Academy of Music in London, one of the world most prestigious music institutions.

Sami has been composing from a very young age and his beautiful voice is supplemented by his extensive knowledge of notes and harmonies. He has also a good understanding of music theory and the Middle Eastern modes (or Maqams).

Indeed, it is rare to find a person who has all these talents. Sami is also a devout practicing British Muslim who sees songs as a means of promoting the message of Islam and encouraging the youth to be proud of their religion and identity.

What do i think about him ??? details are coming soon..
