I know that most of you have already heared about the so-called “The true Furqan” (i.e. The Fake Quran), It’s a fake version of the holy Quran, spreaded by whoever hates Islam, and this is sick!

Karin: Unfortunately, Yes. This version has been written carefuly to look like the Holy Qur’an, so it can mislead non Muslims. Moreover, some people tried to spread it to schools in Kuwait and in many countries.
I Also heared It’s not the only fake Qur’an published, there are many Fake books arround. and This is really Sick !! There’s one and only one Qur’an, even for the different groups of Muslims, there’s no other copy of The Quran but the original one revealed to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

I agree with you that this is sick. I have purchased The Qu’ran translated by Abdullah Yusuf Ali. As that is one I find to be real. If I am wrong please correct me. I do not want to be mislead. I feel that it has come to mean as much as the Holy Bible that I have in my own faith. There are so many out there that want to destroy God and it seems they will go to any lengths to do it. I don’t really know who is “Abdullah Yusuf Ali”. But if the Quran you bought is published in a decent ISLAMIC publisher, then It should be true. There’s only one Quran, any cheap way to mislead others will get lost, nobody fights Allah and win, they all lose eventually.

The Qur’an that I got came from the Al Arqam Dawa Center. Their website is http://www.alarqamdawacenter.com.
When I said I purchased it I actually took advantage of a free offer. So far I have found it from what I can tell is pretty factual considering that you got to allow for the translation into English and going by what I could find online.I have only started seriously looking at it.

I know a trustful site, which contains true stuff, and also contains a well translated copy of the holy Quran, this site also contains many issues regarding Islam, and it’s trustful 100%

The University of South California has collected the 3 best ‘English’ language versions of the Holy Qur’an, and has posted them side by side so that you can compare the translation accuracy for yourself.
You can find the 3 most widely accepted English translations of the Qur’an here: http://www.usc.edu/dept/MSA/quran/
The 3 versions used are the Yusufali, Pickthal, and Shakir translations. Maududi writes the introduction and explains about the incongruity of translation. There are also links to the original Arabic versions of the Qur’an.
