Beautiful photos, mashallah. Did you take them yourself? A few weeks ago I was actually searching for photos of the inside of the qubatul sakhra but could find very few. If you took those photos yourself, I don’t suppose you could take some from inside the qubatul sakhra? Is the large stone still floating?

I was blessed to have prayed in Al Aqsa mosque, and in Qubbet el sakhra
Make sure you point out that Al Aqsa mosque is different than Qobbet El sakhra.
Al Aqsa has a silver dome. While Qubbet el Sakhra has a golden dome.
I’m also very proud that the name of one of my ancestors is on the door and in the ceiling of al aqsa .. An-Naser Qalawoon. If you ever go there, look for it. Insha2allah one day we will pray together in Al Aqsa

These photos are from inside the qubatul sakhra, and I have more pics, I will upload them soon nshallah
Karin: He was talking about the stone that Prophet Muhammad stepped on to go to the sky during Isra’a and Mi’raj journey, I hope u heared about it

That’s quite weird, I was told once that you can even crawl under the stone and that there is a room under there. That room has something to do with prophet Abraham alahil salaam. Is that also not true?

Karin: Actually It’s not a white horse, It’s another creature, called “Al-Boraq” , and It doesn’t exist on earth
Im impressed, you know Al-Boraq, and Isra’a & Mi’raj, you’re full of surprises
Abdul Rahman Hilmi: No, this is the truth, no floating stone
I don’t know whether It has something to do with prophet Ibrahim(Abraham), all I know that it’s the rock that prophet Muhammad (peace and blessing being upon him) stepped onto to the sky in the Isra’a and Mi’raj
Maybe the guys here can tell you more about the rock,
Please anyone can help ??

I’d imagine that it wont be floating, if it is I’m certain there would have been more pictures of it. However I made some search on the web and apperently there is a room underneath the stone.
Thank you for your reply!

Dear Abdul Rahman
There is a little cave under the rock. But the rock itself is not floating in the air. although looking at it from one side is very scary because it looks like it’s hanging in the air

salam.
there was a ‘floating stone’ indeed.and yes, it happened during d israq mi’raj when the prophet Muhammad SAW went to it’s journey thru the 7 layers of d skies. the Buraq was first tied on d rock n when Rasullullah SAW r ready to depart,d rock ’symbolically’ had ask ed to come along but is forbid by Jibril alaihissalam…so that’s why it floats only half…
hope u can find the truth about this story in many hadith n stories of the prophet…ok..
tank u..
