That’s what I was talking about a week earlier…
Yes, Americans. Your government used the Veto to prevent stopping the war, and your smart bombs & stupid government caused this disgrace.
A Massacre by your weapons took place, most of the victims are children. Your smart bombs either kills or wounds in a brutal manner.
Live in this shameful disgrace, there’s no dignity left. The worse is yet coming, in the next few days. Thanks for your taxes, smart bombs and stupid government.

The other pictures from the muslim world are also spreading rapidly. They are the same outraged hate-filled crowd raging against cartoons, dead children, and world cup matches promising death to their enemies.
The rest of the world is startng to understand and connect the dots.
The world doesn’t need to see pictures of dead children paraded around with their heads held up by an unseen Hezbollah fighter to understand that war is a tragic, horrible undertaking. You may think such a display advances your cause. It does not.

Why doesn’t Hezbollah now release the kidnapped Israeli soldiers and stop launching it’s rockets, as terms for a cease fire?
What’s keeping Hezbollah from doing this?
My guess is that Hezbollah would see this as a defeat and their pride will not permit it. They would rather see Lebanon desolate and many more children dead than admit that what their kidnapping was wrong.
Hezbollah is responsible for the continued deaths of innocents, not Israel. Hezbollah started this, and Hezbollah’s selfish pride, by preventing an agreement to release the captives and stop the rockets, is making it last longer.
Here is a letter from a Dr Mounir Herzallah that appeared on 30 July in the Berlin daily newspaper Die Tagesspeigel.
According to Dr Herzallah:
“Until 2002 I lived in a small village in southern Lebanon near Marjayoun, the majority of whose inhabitants were, like me, Shiites. After the Israeli withdrawal from Lebanon, it was not long before Hezbollah were in control in our village as they were everywhere else. Hailed as victorious resistance fighters, they seemed to be armed to the teeth, storing missiles in bunkers in our village. The social work of the Party of God consisted in building a school and some housing on top of the bunkers! A local sheikh laughingly told me that whatever happened the Jews would lose out, because either the rockets would be fired at them or, if they attacked the camp, international public opinion would condemn them for the civilian deaths. These people have not the slightest interest in the Lebanese civilian population; they use them as shields and, when dead, as propaganda. As long as Hezbollah are there, there will be no peace.”

KSM: Go to Lebanon, or Ask any Lebanese, and you will be told that All Hezbollah fighters are wearing military uniform, ALL THE TIME.
and again, the soldiers thing. What does it take you to beleive that it’s not about soldiers or even Hezbollah ??
The American government declare it explicitly that they want new middle east, new map ! and you’re soldiers are just doing the plan, but It’s getting a little bit hard.
Keep fighting, and keep convincing yourself that this will lead you to secure peaceful life, keep beleiving the lies of your politicians.

Anonymous 9:59: If you hand out candies when our kids die, then don’t expect me to do the same thing. If you’re moraless, limited minded, then don’t expect me to be the same.
Im against war whatsoever, and I declare it explicitly…but it’s seems you’re well brainwashed..
Wake up, you’re war won’t secure your land, and It will increase enemies against you, and once you lose power, or when another power that’s against you aries, then you would experience the same suffering and massacre…so why ??? can’t you find better solution ??
or you’re busy hating us ?

Anonymous: you just summed up the 1.5 billion muslim in few words…
How come we all promise of revenge and killing to enemies ?? over worldcup matches ??? sorry, but trust me, we’re well educated people.
I show these picture, sothat maybe someone out there understand that this is unfair, and try to stop this madness that your government probably support it (i don’t know where ur from).
Instead of being busy hating or being afraid of Muslims spreading, give them their rights, and nobody will fight..!!
the united states declare it explicitly, they want to change the middle east map!! It’s not about Hezbollah or kidnapped soldiers!
on 01 Aug 2006 at 2:59 pm # Abed. Hamdan
KSM: Hezbollah, and the whole world was calling for cease fire, but you’re Olmert refused, he still have stupid plans, also America used the Veto to prevent stopping the war.
Man, are you trying just to tell others that your government is right ?? is this is really what you people are trying to do ?? instead of trying to think about a solution, you’re justify what’s wrong, think that it’s for your own good.
Wake up..This is a wrong way, you’re violent policy will affect you the most. Wake up, before you blame us, take a second and blame ur selves, or you just used to blame the other ?

Im pissed to see this massacres, and those who are trying to justify such actions are pities, I feel sorry for them. I read your comments on Sabbah’s, this is so noble, yes we shouldn’t be victims of the megaphones of war.

I am trying to count the number of times you have accused the US of trying to “change the map” of the middle east. Just so that we can all be on the same page I ask you to provide a link to the quote … I have not been able to find it in extensive searching … I don’t doubt you but want to check the context.
The only “map” comment I am finding is by Ahmadinejad (the crackpot) saying that he wants to wipe Israel off the map. That is the only map reference I found.

Los Angeles:
Im not accusing, It’s what Condoleezza Addressed in her last bloody visit, when she refused any attempt to stop the war. Don’t tell me that you haven’t heared about it ??
Anyway, I searched you some links, so you can read about what happened.
That what she said
“It is time for a new Middle East, It is time to say to those that don’t want a different kind of Middle East that we will prevail. They will not.” [ Source: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/14018618/ ]
Different Middle East , I wonder how she wants to acheive this. By killing and by war, and she thinks this would acheive the goal. No, It will not, and this plan will fail, because It have a wrong basis.
She also said:
US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is on a mission to the Middle East to seek a “lasting solution” to the crisis between Israel and Lebanon. She met regional leaders in Beirut, Jerusalem and the West Bank before heading to Rome for a conference on the issue. Our correspondent is following her trip.” [ Source: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/5205164.stm ]
..
I really can’t this woman, and I hate her speeches. This is the last link
Condoleezza Rice has described the plight of Lebanon as a part of the “birth pangs of a new Middle East” and said that Israel should ignore calls for a ceasefire.” [ Source: http://english.aljazeera.net/NR/exeres/124EB0C2-1CEE-4EF5-A3F6-048836DD2A59.htm ].
I hope you don’t think that I make up stories, do you ??
Im telling you this, just to make you aware of what your politicians are doing. Don’t take it in aggressive way, and please don’t take it personally, I hope you understand my message, though I doubt.

Los Angeles:
by the way, I replied your comments on my previous posts, also “Chet” replied your comments, and answered your question.
please, if you have any other question, feel free to ask. We should put our differences aside and unite to stop this madness. please don’t take my words in an aggressive way or personal.
but when you see the whole world in the United Nation wanting Israel to stop the war, and only the American government use the Veto and object, then few hours later, you witness such horrible Massacre in Lebanon, I think you should be angry, and you should at least start thinking that there’s something wrong!!
on 01 Aug 2006 at 5:26 pm # Los Angeles
I do not think you make up stories.
I can understand why would be upset if Condoleezza Rice or Bush said they wanted to make a new map of the Middle East. I think that what is meant is that we all want a peaceful Middle East, something that has not happened in both of our lifetimes.
I can understand why you would not want an outsider meddling in your region. But most in the USA support Israel. And I truly believe Israel does not target civilians … unlike those who strap on bombs and detonate them in pizza parlors. We are not going to walk away from Israel … ever.
Sadly, and I cannot stress this enough, on 9/11 life in the USA changed forever. Someday maybe I can tell you how it WAS but now we have to deal with terrorism. Every American wants to get out of the Middle East when there is peace.
I suspect you are well traveled, I know you are well educated and intelligent.
I hope you understand that we here in the US are not perfect although we try to be. We have good lives here and we do want to share the secret to our good lives. If we fail, please forgive us, we mean well.
Your friend in Los Angeles.

Thank you. I did see your reply … I will have to look again for Chet.
I’m not sure I can express how I feel right now … or that I can do it well enough wihtout upsetting someone.
My little white chihuahua named Fidel got his chew toy caught in his throat last night and I had to take him to the emergency veterinarian last night up to midnight. He is okay but I work in the stockmarket and had to get up in four hours to go to work.
I know, it is my silly little life … but you have exams and I have a chihuahua.

Los Angeles:
Thank you for your nice reply and worm feelings, and I hope chihuahua gets better
It’s 3:30 Am right now, and I have to wake up by 6:00Am..It’s been long day here.
problem is, we don’t know much about each others or about the differences. That’s why discussion should remove these barriers.
Let me tell you more about the middle east, we’re suffering from Al-Qaeda too, they attacked Jordan few months ago, bombed two hotels in which there was a wedding party, which was a tragedy. We’re suffering from terror too, and They keep threatening us on TV, as they do with you.
We have good lives too, similar to yours, we have Starbucks, Malls, TGI, and all aspects of American life. Maybe it’s a little bit different, but we have our unique oriental atmosphere, which is great.
You’re right, I visited only some Arabic countries..All my knowledge about the West is through movies, songs, news, TV, and I have many American friends.
I have two uncles who are married to Americans, and living in the States. Many Palestinians are living in the States, some are doctors, engineers, and even theives. Palestinian Land was taken over, so we’re scattered all over the world.
My humble opinion is that, to stop terror, wherever it is, we should stop thes unfair wars. I don’t beleive that occupying Iraq was a good idea, because I don’t see any victory coming soon, and Iraq has become #1 terror country. It’s a fertile land of terror and terror groups, and we should expect the worse.
Speaking from the Arab mentality, all Arab, regardless of their religions or beleifs, all share the same anger of the constant Israeli crimes. And Those extreminists are angry enough to commit the crimes. We should stop the Israeli crimes, and by this, I beleive we’ll eliminate terror by a high percent.
The Arab countries are weak, and they don’t fight, and they won’t, be sure of this. Hamas and Hezbollah offered truce over truce, but we still have these Israeli crimes.
Israel never stopped taking over lands, and building illegal settlements on them, can you beleive how ugly is this ?? This should stop. And Imagine the amount of prisoners that are kidnapped everyday by Israeli, some are 9 yr old kids, which is horrible. My family in Palestine, and I go there from time to time, you see death millions of time whenever you see an Israeli soldier.
Maybe in the west It’s a little bit odd in the west to accept that Israel is commiting crimes, but I think all Media talked about the Massacre in Qana/Lebanon. The pics are horrible, and I couldn’t sleep last night, It was really horrible, and everybody is angry out there.
anyway, take care, and feel free to ask me anything, I’ll try to answer if I know.
Your brother from Palestine

Well, I am not into wars, and I do not ever want my children to fight for any country- this is a world- this is Earth and we all live on it- It may sound silly to people. But that is how I feel. but Harming children anywhere- killing, and bombing is not how we should ever have to live. This is sad, and heart breaking . I do not care if they were warned- this should never happen- anywhere. What is wrong with this world? ( I am not ecpecting a answer of opinions) I am just shocked.

The men manning the anti-aircaft gun in the photo I saw were not wearing any uniforms.
The USA does want change in the Middle East. Definitely. We are tired of all this war, but surely not as tired many who live in the ME. We want a sustainable peace there, with justice and security for all. Don’t you want the same thing?
We in the USA have heard and seen so many distortions in the ME media that we have a hard time believing that the people who live there are getting the real facts. That is one reason that we don’t just believe everything someone from the ME says - there is a history of lies and propaganda from the media and the political leaders of arab countries.
The way I see it - there is no wonder arabs believe some of the things they do since they are lied to so frequently.
Our media is not perfect, but at least it is not state-controlled and we have multiple sources to evaluate. Plus blogs help a lot. Our history books in school are not filled with anti-jewish or anti-arab stuff. They are fairly factual. And our culture emphasizes facts and science over pride, honor and emotion.
That’s how most Americans see it. I know it must sound arrogant. Sorry.

Hey Mazeartist
So to you it’s fair if Israel give less than 24 hrs! to the people of south lebanon to escape by land where all bridges and raods are already destroyed by warplanes!? Have yoy tried it before and it seems fair to you??
And Hey My dear Anonymous who lost your grandmother in WWII. Don’t Forget that you LOST the war because the idea of the Slaved World under the rule of Pure German race was too stupid to ever become reality! BUT the people of Lebanon have a genuine reason to hate Israel and support Hezbollah. Israel destroyed Lebanon directly and in-directly for 20 years… Hezbollah is building them Roads, School, Hospitals… So which one would you like someone who serves you or someone who kills you

someone mentioned that the usa wanted to change the middle east.
my answer to that to that is - yes. but only for stability.
they are not seeking to conquer the region for their own use.
I say this with no doubt because you see - when the usa first invented the atom bomb, they were the only ones to have it. in fact, they were the only ones to have it for over 3 years. …in those 3 years, they could have conquered the world. if they had did that, they would have also owned ALL the oil wells in the world. if the usa were evil like hitler, they could have conquered the whole world and everywhere would be the usa - one and only.
..but as history shows - they didn’t do this. in fact, the usa went out of their way to spend billions of dollars helping countries all over the world to recover from the war. (Marshall Plan)
