I finally watched “Madagascar” ! and It rocks!! I love it!!

It’s good to see animals talking, I missed cartoons! It’s a story of friendship and loyalty along with some humor

Yesterday I took sometime off, and watched “Babel”. I heared alot about this movie, and as a good fan of Brad Pitt, I was disappointed.

Unlike MoeY, I was not fascinated by the plot, and nothing’s so interesting about the series of events. Actually, I found it somewhat boring and too expected!

Babel is categorized as Drama/Thriller, featuring Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett (Oh my!) won the oscar of Best Achievement in Music Written for Motion Pictures, Original Score.

One thing I liked about the movie is the variety of cultures exposed in the series of correlated events, like the old Arab culture, the Mexican, Chinese, and the American. It also touched the exaggeration of some governments in relating everything to terror attacks.

Babel got 6/10 on my scale.

This is one of the funniest movies of the year!! It’s not as I expected !! It’s extremely funny!! I watch it with my cousin a couple of days ago, we laughed out like hell !!

Steve Martin plays the stupid French detective, who was chosen by a politician to investigate in one national crime in France. He was chosen because that politician knew that he’s the most stupid detective in France and wanted him to fail sothat the politician might get some reward. Anyway, the stupid character is professionally played by Steve Martin !! and he had spoken English in a great French accent !!

A point worth to mention is, this movie has nothing to do with Pink Panther the cartoon! I really still don’t know why did they call Pink Panther !!

If you like comedy movies with stupid characters like Dumb and Dumber, for example, then you will just love this movie !!

This is one of best movies I’ve ever seen! The plot is just outstanding!! Chaos starring : Jason Statham, Ryan Phillippe, Wesley Snipes, and more. It’s about a bank robbery, but this time, It won’t be a regular one. Ryan Phillipe and Jason Statham teaming up to investigate a bank heist where Wesley Snipes is the bank robber in question. The movie has something to do with the Chaos theory, but the big question is how ?? you will find out at the end of the movie! I have not seen a good movie like this one for a long time.

This is a comdey/romance movie, featuring Ashton Kutcher and Bernie Mac. The movie’s about a white guy (Ashton Kutcher) and his black girlfriend. The black girl wants to indroduce her boyfriend to her family, and here where problems start, especially between her boyfriend and her father (Bernie Mac) - The tuff black man -.What I consider important in this movie is how it shows that even small lies could destroy the entire relationship. I hate liars, and I agree that any relationship shouldn’t be based on lies.The movie is funny, specially when Bernie Mac is trying to embarrass the white guy to get him out of his daughter’s life.

It seems that I have a long holiday, and Im gonna watch all the movies that I’ve missed this year. Few hours ago, I watched “16 Blocks”, starring Bruce Willis, Mos Dev, David Morse, Jenna Stren, and others.
Bruce Willis plays Jack Mosley, a burnt-out detective assigned the unenviable task of transporting a fast-talking convict (Mos Def) from jail to a courthouse 16 blocks away. However, along the way he learns that the man is supposed to testify against Mosley’s colleagues, and the entire NYPD wants him dead. Mosley must choose between loyalty to his colleagues and protecting the witness, and never has such a short distance seemed so long.
If you like Actions movies, and if you’re one of “Bruce Willis” fans, then this movie should be a great choice. and I liked it.

I was one of three people in Jordan who have not seen this movie yet, untill yesterday. You know, holiday, and I have nothing to do but sleeping, watching movies, series, hooka, and my Graduation Project ?

Anyway, I’ve seen this movie yesterday, It’s pretty good one, the effects are great, and the motions are wonderful. However, I didn’t like the story. It’s more like an indian movie, in which events go dramatically, and Its too long ( more than 3 hrs I guess).

King Kong starring Naomi Watts, Jack Black, Adrien Brody, and more. The movie starts when a greedy film maker wants to shoot a movie on an island that has not been discovered yet, which contains the elementary creatures (like dinosaurs). In the island the adventure starts, and never ends.

I won’t say more, you’d better watch it your self.

I know, this is not a new movie, but as I used to do, I post “reviews” on movies I’ve seen recently. “The Longest Yard” is comdey featuring Adam Sandler and Chris Rock. It talks about a famous football player(Adam Sandler) who’s going to spend 3 yrs in jail for crashing his girlfriend’s car. The jail guards were very tuff and enjoyed torturing prisoners. Adam Sandler was asked to form a football team with the prisoners to play against the guards, and here the funny part come. It was not an easy job to teach the prisoners -whom didn’t know what the football is - how to play, but they got excited because its their only chance to take revenge on the sadists guards.

The story of the movie is not new, but it’s full of funny scences. Adam Sandler was great.

I haven’t read the book yet, I probably won’t read it, cuz im waiting to see the movie, I don’t want to know the whole story before I watch the movie, Im that kinda person who likes to watch the movie without knowing anything about it, I only see posters of the movie. And This one should be special, cuz Tom Hanks if my favorite actor.

well, I guess todayI finished almost all my tasks, delivered the last homework, and had disucssed my graduation project (phase I) survey, guess I did fine. Everything was ok. However, no much time left for the final exams, I will start at May/27 and finish at June/1st, so I’d better start preparing myself soon.

Anyway, I had nothing to do today. I visited my aunt, and got some sleep, and then I thought I should watch a movie , cause I didn’t feel like seeing anybody or talking to anybody. I went to the movie store, to get some copied DVDz.

I started looking at the movies albums, I had nothing on my mind, I was just looking for anything good, so I took a fast look at the movies and each time I ask for a movie, the movie store guy says “Oh Sorry, this one is already taken !” “Man, Im sorry, this copy has not arrived yet!” I was like Damn! what a bad luck ! even in the most ridiculous things, bad luck is haunting me. Anyway, after about 45 minutes, I gave up! I asked that guy to give me anything he thinks is fine, I asked him to choose anything comedy, I was not in the mood of watching anything else but comedy. so he gave two movies, I hadn’t even looked at the names of the movies. But this time, the choices were pretty fine.
the first movies was : The 40-year-old virgin.

This one was funny, well I won’t say much about it, the name of the movie speaks its self. My favorite part of the movie was how Steve Carell(the 4o yr old) used to spend his time, you know without girlfriend or wife or kids at that age, he used to play video games, read stupid comics, spend 3 hours making his Mayonaise Sandwich ! LOL
If you have finished your exams, and you wanna have some good laugh, then this should be a good choice. I give it 3 Stars.

The second movie was : The Dukes of Hazzards.

and this one was funny too. It’s about a small southern town “Hazzard”, everything is normal and quiet in the town, except the two Dukes, they enjoyed driving their car, and annoying the town, but those guys will save their town at the end of the movie. Those guys were funny freaks, with stupid southern attitude. Jessica Simpson’s (another Duke) was their hot cousin, she always saves their butts, using her irresistible magic. Again, if you’re bored enough to spend 2 hours watching a movie, then this one is ok. you will get a good laugh too. I give it 3 Stars too.
